A client of mine shared with us a bag of lemon cucumbers. How sweet! I honestly haven't eaten one before. They aren't called lemon cucumbers because of their taste, but rather there lemon-like shape and color. They can serve in place of traditional cucumbers in any recipe and are typically enjoyed for their thin skin. Tonight we're trying them with sesame seeds. I'll share the after picture in one moment.
